Presented by Kirsti Suominen of RKS Global
FREE 2-hour introductory workshop
Every life and every organisation can be a success story……
Growing economy and low unemployment rates are influencing the stability of today’s work place. Organisations are challenged when recruiting and retaining top performers - maybe more than ever before. Younger generations are more prone and accustomed to change jobs and career direction more often than conservative baby boomers and earlier more loyal generations. In addition, we now have four generations in the work place at the same time. Employers are forced to pay more attention to the staff well being. The healthier, happier, more balanced and satisfied the staff, the higher the organisation’s productivity.
Human resource is the most valuable asset in most businesses. This workshop was designed to guide the individuals to see their potential, understand their value and enormous potential they each have. It will guide individuals to achieve extraordinary goals for the organisation as well as for their personal lives. It gives practical, simple steps that become “daily routines”. The flexible modular structure allows customisation thus the workshop can be tailored to suit different company and work place structures and time frames.
The 3-day full programme is subsidised at 75 per cent by the State Government Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development, which allows small and medium enterprises to benefit from this excellent opportunity without having to pay hefty consultant fees.
